In summer season, cottages # 2, 3, & 4 are rented Friday to Friday, Cottage #1 is Saturday to Saturday

Chalets 4 Saisons, Rental Agreement


A deposit of 50% is required upon reservation. Personal cheques or money orders are accepted

The deposit should be sent within 2 weeks of receiving the dated rental contract,
If the deposit is not received in the allocated time, your reservation will be assumed as cancelled.

(We are a small family business and in order to keep administration costs at a minimum we do not accept credit cards)

Should you cancel 6 weeks or more before renting date, your deposit (minus $55 administration fee for each week reserved) will be refunded.
however should the cottage be rented to other clients during this 6 week period, we will refund your deposit less $55/weekly administration fee

.( Our re-renting record is 95% in summer as we nearly always have a reserve client list.)
